He was very knowledgeable and I would've went with him to fix the compressor issues. Unfortunately, whoever this companies receptionist is sounds like she hates her life over the phone. It took them a week to get back to me with a quote. She calls me, asks if I want to get it fixed and immediately asks for my credit card info. I don't have an estimate of what's being repairs or materials they need. I tell her please send it over and I'll pay the down payment through the portal since I was driving to work. A day goes by and crickets, I get another call asking about payment. She says she sent the email but the only thing I received was a schedule confirmation. Finally it arrives and everything is still lumped into one price. It wasn't that big of a deal, but I decided to get a second quote and this other place turned an itemize quote around in an hour, came out the next day, didn't ask for a deposit, and got the job done.
