Our Foundation

Locally owned and operated for over fifty years, our company was founded by David and Lynn Hickman as a sole proprietorship in 1975 and incorporated in 1981!

Then & Now

Mike, Adam, Anh-Jon, and Fantasia have been with the team the longest, driving growth and customer service for decades. We appreciate their ongoing dedication to the business, alongside Lynn.

Today

Javier has joined as President and Owner, with support from his family and the Dave’s team. Alongside long-time employees Stephan and Cornell, the business will maintain its tradition of prioritizing customers and serving as trusted advisors for Air Conditioning, Heating, Indoor Air Quality, Water Heaters, and more.
